The Emergency First Aid at Work course is a comprehensive one-day training course designed for individuals who are designated as first aiders in their workplace. This course covers essential topics such as the roles and responsibilities of a first aider, identifying risks and dangers, conducting primary surveys, performing CPR and defibrillation, and managing recovery positions. Participants will also learn how to handle seizures, choking incidents, severe external bleeding, minor burns and scalds, and other minor injuries. The course emphasises hands-on practice to ensure participants are well-prepared to respond to real-life emergencies.
